Virtual assistants

Artificial intelligence applied to tourism and museum spaces opens up new ways to inform, guide and accompany the visitor.

For Guara Somontano we developed a virtual assistant with artificial intelligence, available from an interactive totem installed in its museum spaces. It is embodied by a 3D character designed specifically for the region, so the visitor can ask for information in a more natural, intuitive way.

The assistant answers questions about the museums themselves, the cultural heritage, the natural surroundings, the tourist resources and other points of interest. It also works in several languages, which opens the information up to visitors from different countries and extends how many people the centres can attend to.
