Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This privacy policy explains what personal data is processed on remexperience.com, for what purpose, who processes it and what your rights are. We recommend reading it before you give us your data.

remexperience.com is a project of Agrup Lab SL.

Transparency is one of the values we identify with, so we want you to know from the outset that the privacy of your data is very important to us:

  • We never ask for personal information unless it is genuinely necessary to provide the services you request.
  • We never share our users' personal information with anyone, except with the service providers listed below that are needed to run the service, to comply with the law, or where we have your express authorisation.
  • We will never use your personal data for any purpose other than the one stated in this privacy policy.

This policy may change to reflect new legislation or changes to the website itself, so we advise you to check it periodically.

REM Experience processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD); and Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI).

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and address —the last two optional— and the message you send us, to respond to your request and give you information about the services you ask about.
  • Website chat: the messages you write to the conversational assistant, to answer your questions.
  • Analytics: browsing data, only if you accept analytics cookies, to understand how the website is used and improve it.

When processing our users' data, we apply the technical and organisational security measures required by current legislation.

3. Legal basis for processing your data

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): you give it by ticking the acceptance box on the contact form, by writing in the chat and by accepting analytics cookies. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Anyone has the right to confirmation as to whether REM Experience is processing personal data concerning them.

Data subjects have the right to:

  • Request access to their personal data.
  • Request its rectification or erasure.
  • Request the restriction of its processing.
  • Object to the processing.
  • Request data portability.
  • Withdraw the consent they have given.

Data subjects may access their personal data and request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, its erasure when, among other reasons, it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstances they may request the restriction of processing, in which case we will only keep the data for the exercise or defence of claims, or object to processing on grounds relating to their particular situation.

Where processing is based on consent and carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive the data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to have it transmitted to another controller where technically feasible.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@remexperience.com stating which right you wish to exercise. If you consider that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

5. How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept:

  • For as long as the business relationship continues or the data is needed to handle your request.
  • Until you request its erasure.
  • For the legal periods during which liabilities may arise, duly blocked.

6. To whom will your data be disclosed?

We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties. To provide the website’s services, we use the following providers, which act as data processors under their respective privacy terms:

Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg): website hosting and delivery of contact form messages to REM Experience’s inbox. AWS Privacy Notice.

Google Ireland Limited (Ireland): the Google Analytics 4 web analytics service, only if you accept analytics cookies. Google Privacy Policy.

Parlia (chat.parlia.es): REM Experience’s conversational assistant platform, which powers the website chat. It only loads when you open the chat. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your messages.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers are covered by European Commission adequacy decisions, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or by standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.

7. Content from other websites

YouTube

Videos on the website are first shown as an image hosted on our own server. The YouTube player, in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) operated by Google Ireland Limited, only loads when you press play. From that moment, YouTube receives your IP address and information about the page on which you are watching the video. More information in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Links to other services

The website links to external services such as Calendly, for booking a meeting with us, and to our profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and YouTube. These are links, not embedded content: those services receive no data until you click, after which their own privacy policies apply.

Fonts

The website’s fonts are served from our own server, so loading them does not involve any connection to third parties.

8. Browsing and cookies

When you browse remexperience.com, non-identifying data may be collected, such as your IP address, approximate geographical location or a record of how the services and website are used.

We use Google Analytics 4 to analyse trends, administer the site and understand how the website is used. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie notice; until you do, Google Analytics runs in consent-denied mode, without setting cookies or reading identifiers on your device. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage and you can change it at any time from the cookie policy.

9. Confidentiality and data security

REM Experience undertakes to use and process users' personal data while respecting its confidentiality and in accordance with its purpose, and to keep it safe and take the necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, in accordance with current data protection legislation.

The website uses a TLS certificate (HTTPS), so information sent between your browser and the server is encrypted.

No system connected to the internet is completely invulnerable, so REM Experience cannot guarantee the total absence of unauthorised access by third parties.

Anyone authorised by REM Experience to process data (including its staff, collaborators and service providers) is bound by an appropriate duty of confidentiality, whether contractual or statutory.

If a security incident affecting your data occurs, we will notify you without undue delay where required by law and provide you with the information available about the incident.
